UK STANDARD DELIVERY

£4.50 Standard 2 - 4 days delivery, through Royal Mail tracked and signed. Please see delivery FAQ's below for details of how you can get your package. 

Please note: Some of our products, such as body butter, body scrub and lip balm are made fresh to order, this ensures that you get the freshest product possible, which means it could take up to 7 days for delivery. If you need something urgent, please email customerservice@skynbakery.com and we can discuss arrangements.

LOCAL DELIVERY Ormskirk and Burscough

We hand deliver to customers living in Ormskirk and Burscough, there is a flat rate fee of £2 for delivery.

FREE UK DELIVERY OVER £60

FREE standard tracked 2 - 4 days delivery when you spend over £60 (UK only).

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

Will you offer more delivery options?

We are a small, independently run online business and as we grow, we will work hard to offer you more delivery options. Please bear with us.

Can I track my order?

We know that feeling, you are excited for your treats and you need to know how it is getting along on its journey to you. Have no fear, you can track your package HERE you just need to enter your tracking number provided in your email.

All you will need is the tracking details we have given you, please bear in mind information may not be available straight away as this information is only available once the courier has taken your package.

When do you process orders?

We process orders Monday to Friday.

We cannot process orders and deliveries over the weekend or bank holidays, please allow extra time for delivery when ordering during these times.

My order has been lost, what happens?

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order, we will process an investigation with the courier. Please note it can take up to to weeks for this to be investigated as we have to wait for courier investigations too and you will need to wait for the outcome. If it is confirmed that the order was delivered we will not be able to offer a refund. However, if the investigation shows the order has been lost, we will offer you a re-order (stock dependant), credit or refund.
